Although I\u2019m not looking to make radical changes, it would be useful to have reader feedback before I make some of the decisions I\u2019m considering.<\/p>\n<p>There are only eight questions and they\u2019re broadly open-ended. You can share as much or as little feedback as you\u2019d like. You can identify yourself or you can remain anonymous.
