The world has changed since Love & Hope started on Jan. 1, in ways that none of us expected. I’ve tried to adjust this show to the present reality, but the concept isn’t really adequate to cover what’s going on.
I’ll have one more episode after today, but that will be the end of Season 1. I’ll let you know what’s coming after that when I know. The four-minute update below will explain a bit more.

Why does most love hurt us? Because one usually loves more
Vulnerability is scary, but failure to be open guarantees loss of love
Self-compassion is difficult when harsh inner judge condemns you
Loving heart, willing spirit can turn burdens of parenting into happiness
Don’t be shocked if insane system produces narcissistic leaders
Envy drives hatred for wealthy, but I want to earn my riches
Faith is our only assurance that rebirth will come again in spring
Why do we stay in prison when there’s no lock holding us there?
Joe Rogan isn’t insightful to me, so I just don’t listen to his show
