One of the common rallying cries you hear among people at Occupy Wall Street is, “This is what democracy looks like!” If you understand what democracy ultimately means, that should scare you.
As Erik von Kuehnelt-Leddihn said, “Fifty-one percent of a nation can establish a totalitarian regime, suppress minorities and still remain democratic.”
Freedom is what matters, not whether the majority gets to make up rules for the rest of the population. Remember that freedom and democracy aren’t the same thing.

Moral principle: What you do with your money is your business
I wasn’t allowed to express need, so I’ve spent life traveling alone
Becoming conscious of life choices means start of whole new struggle
When you compromise principles, you soon won’t recognize yourself
There’s little unity to be found in our supposedly United States
When you can’t call one you love, silent phone just taunts your need
Capitol rioters weren’t SS troops, just woeful losers living a fantasy
Emotional toll from surgery harder than physical recovery
Trendy ‘anti-racists’ don’t realize they’ve been conned by Marxists
