The world has changed since Love & Hope started on Jan. 1, in ways that none of us expected. I’ve tried to adjust this show to the present reality, but the concept isn’t really adequate to cover what’s going on.
I’ll have one more episode after today, but that will be the end of Season 1. I’ll let you know what’s coming after that when I know. The four-minute update below will explain a bit more.

You can’t see inside my heart, but my words invite you to know me
The child in me never learned to feel at home as part of a group
My father’s narcissistic abuse led to my mother’s attempt to kill him
It took me years to feel the anger I’d repressed since childhood
I’ll make fun of your Super Bowl, but you can’t make fun of my Spock ears
Uh, oh: For first time since ’45, U.S. job growth was zero last month
Banned Super Bowl ads? It’s a new way for you to cheaply play victim
